Our Commitment to Your Privacy

Trust isn’t just built behind the wheel — it’s built behind the scenes, too. When you use this website, you’re sharing a bit of yourself, and that’s something we take seriously. This page explains what kind of information might be collected here, how it’s used, and how it’s protected.

What We Collect

If you fill out the contact form, I may collect:

  • Your name

  • Your email address

  • Your phone number (if you choose to provide it)

  • Any message you include

I do not collect data automatically. No tracking cookies. No analytics scripts. Just what you choose to share.

How It’s Used

Your information is used only to:

  • Respond to your inquiry

  • Coordinate services

  • Follow up with care

That’s it. I don’t use your information for marketing, and I don’t sell or share it.

Who Sees It

Just me, Ellen. Your message doesn’t go into a database or a mailing list. It’s simply used to connect with you, one-on-one. If I use a scheduling tool in the future (like Calendly), that tool will have its own privacy practices. You’ll be notified clearly if one is in use.

Your Rights

You’re always welcome to:

  • Ask what information we have

  • Request that we delete it

Just use the contact form or call directly.
