About Ellen

Everyday moments. Extraordinary support.

Ellen is a calm and steady presence in a sometimes chaotic world, offering thoughtful, personalized support that helps people feel less alone in the everyday. Drawing on her training as a librarian and years of experience supporting individuals and families, she offers practical help grounded in trust, listening, and a strong sense of care.

This work is not transactional. It’s built on relationships — the kind that form when someone consistently shows up, listens well, and knows how to help without taking over.

“I don’t come in and take charge. I walk beside you. That’s where the good work happens.”

Her Philosophy

Ellen believes that small, steady help can be life-changing. Whether she’s driving a client to an appointment, sorting through paperwork, or gently helping an adult child navigate a parent’s evolving needs, she leads with respect, not rescue. Her work isn’t about doing for people…It’s about doing with them.

Rooted in her librarian background, a Master’s degree from St. John’s University (1992), Ellen is a thoughtful problem-solver. She notices details others might miss and brings a gentle presence into situations that can feel overwhelming or stuck.

“Sometimes the best thing I do is just show up on time and bring calm with me.”
